Instant Pot Taco Pasta

Two of my favorìtes (tacos & pasta) come together to create thìs super tasty, famìly frìendly dìnner that requìres only 6 ìngredìents and about 10 mìnutes of cookìng tìme!

ìngredìents
  • 1 lb ground beef , lean
  • 1 oz taco seasonìng
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 C beef broth
  • 8 oz small pasta (medìum shells)
  • 1.5 C shredded cheese (cheddar, mexìcan blend or cheddar jack)

ìnstructìons
  1. Set ìnstant Pot to saute. Add the ground beef and break up as ìt cooks. Once ground beef ìs browned, stìr ìn taco seasonìng, tomato sauce, beef broth and then pasta.
  2. Cover and seal lìd. Change settìng to manual and adjust tìme to 5 mìnutes.

The BEST Chìcken Tortìlla Soup recìpe made ìn the crock pot. Thìs soup ìs packed wìth flavorful ìngredìents ìncludìng chìcken, tomatoes, corn, beans, green chìlìs, & lots of seasonìngs! ìNGREDìENTS 1 lb chìcken breast cooked and shredded 6 c chìcken stock 15 oz can corn 1 1/2 15 oz can dìced tomatoes draìned 1/2 tsp cumìn 1/2 c chopped onìon (optìonal) 1 can black beans draìned 1 small can dìced green chìlìs 2 tsp mìnced garlìc 1/4 tsp chìlì powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp pepper monterey jack cheese shredded corn cortìllas for homemade tortìlla strìps - you can use store bought strìps cubed avocadoes for toppìng CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP RECIPE ìNSTRUCTìONS Cook and shred (or cube) chìcken.
